Our Mission

The mission at Kairo Kids is to offer affordable high quality childcare while being dedicated to fostering an educational curriculum, innovative child development solutions, building self-esteem, respect and sparking fun and creativity within our safe and nurturing environment.

We promise to fulfill our mission with honesty, trust, a passion for excellence, and with the love of learning, the very same love ❤️ we instill in our students.

Our Mission

Our teachers give your young learner access to information rather than acting as their primary source of information. We believe that your child’s search for knowledge is met as they learn to find answers to their questions. Students must be able to construct their own knowledge for themselves and practice what they have newly self- discovered. Children must be able to study meaningful things that are relevant to them and that’s were our knowledgable, fun and loving teachers play a major role in your child’s life! They help foster your child’s self discovery through the curriculum. Our teachers talk with your child and not at them. Using this way of communication is key and the most effective way to allow a child to give input on their thoughts, generate ideas and to help the teacher set goals for what may be an improved activity or lesson plan. By doing this children get motivated to learn, want to work harder, as well as develop an understanding and appreciation for not only themselves but for others and their environment!

Our Philosophy

We believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It’s our desire as educators to help your child meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, supports risk-taking, and invites them to share their ideas and feelings.

There are three elements that we believe are most certain in establishing such an environment :

2). Allowing children to explore in order to direct his/her learning

3). Promoting respect on all levels.

Step Up To Quality

We take pride in providing a learning and development program that exceed levels of quality required by Ohio child licensing.

Ways that we went above and beyond include:

Employing teachers who have worked hard to attain their teaching degrees and/or CDA
Performing ongoing assessments throughout the year to evaluate development and help improve student growth
Providing written plans for activities during all instructional hours of the day
Having lower staff-to-child ratios
Employing an administrator and teachers that has a degree or CDA in ECED and many years of experience working with young children
Having the administrators and teachers complete more than 20 hours of specialized training every year
Using written, research-based lesson plans
Building relationships with and valuing input from families and the community
